The coming of spring means so much more in 2021, does it not? If you find yourself emerging from the past year of pandemic with new awareness, new hopes, and new challenges, you are not alone! For this online gathering, I will offer us a space to employ our connection to the Earth and community in support of a more clear and potent emergence into spring. Using some of the most powerful technologies in my humble opinion, rhythm and song, we will go on a journey that is equal parts inward exploration, unfiltered expression, and play, to leave you feeling nourished, connected, and catalyzed. This offering will include a writing exercise to clarify intention, a guided rhythm journey, optional group sharing, and carefully-curated, easy singalong songs for you to engage through voice, movement, rhythm or any combo of these. If our souls are the soil of our lives, lets keep them healthy so our personal and collective dreams can burst through the threshold of change in full color this season.
