As we sink into the fall season, a rich time of letting go and harvesting, take the opportunity to tune into your own body and soul with stillness and intention during this integrative sound healing experience. Our format will begin with brief group toning followed by a sound journey and will end with an opportunity for singing and movement. Shireen will offer a shower, swirl, and massage of sound using crystal bowls, a tongue drum, Native American buffalo drum and flute, voice and more. Be ushered into a nurturing space of deep relaxation and receive vision, healing, and rejuvenation! 

Yoga mats and pads will be provided. Please bring your own pillow and blanket.
